Nutrition
Nutrition Therapy uses food as intentional medicine to restore balance and strengthen the Bodymind from within. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this approach views food through its energetic qualities—warming or cooling, nourishing or drying—and how it supports specific organ systems.
Rather than focusing on calories or trends, Nutrition Therapy emphasizes personalized, seasonal eating that aligns with your unique constitution and current health patterns. It may support digestion, energy levels, hormonal balance, immune resilience, and emotional well-being.
The purpose is simple: to help you eat in a way that promotes harmony, prevents imbalance, and supports long-term vitality—using everyday foods to create sustainable, meaningful wellness.
